Whether you are a long standing member or have just joined us recently, many have expressed concerns about the difficulties logging in at peak times during the past few days.
We have had an unprecedented increase of new members and our F2F ClubCentric ideas are taking place rapidly.
We are addressing these short term issues as a top priority and I hope you will give us the benefit of your patience while we take these necessary steps.
We are a small professional club, run by professional people, each with their specialities all working as a small dedicated team. They are stars and are pulling out all the stops at the moment.
Whilst I appeciate all your feedback and Comment Board posts as to how I should run the company, what we should and shouldn't do etc. the 'buck' stops here at the end of the day. These cliches, come to mind...

How you can help us?
Newcomers - as we no longer have a guest room for you to gain familiarity, it is beholden upon you to take time to learn how to use our facilities - they are extensive and have all the features that will suit you as a bridge player. Start in the Social Room and Spectate or Kibitz while you get familiar. Do not enter a competition room yet, until you feel confident. This is a reasonable consideration to our other members.
I know we will never please everyone all of the time, and some of you never, but I do want to give you our full assurance that we are all working towards a common goal - and under very difficult conditions at the moment.
